We're Back

Please accept our apologies for the lack of blogging this summer. We have a computer that is out of commission, have been traveling and also getting some needed work done around the house. Needless to say, we have let some things slip through the cracks. We will be posting several photos and some other announcements, so please stay tuned.

Temple Photos

We are headed to 9 Utah Temples this weekend. Our goal is to visit all 13 in Utah this summer and we will be making a calendar. If you are interested in purchasing a print or pre-ordering a calendar, please let us know!

Birth Announcement

We custom make photo cards. Here is a sample of a baby announcement. It was designed to be like a baseball trading card. I just figured out how to make larger photos on blogger too. So I apologize for the changing layouts and such, but hopefully it will be nice and easy to use when I am done!

Scandinavian Festival

Bayker

Newborns are always fun to photograph, especially when they are as wide-eyed as Bayker. This little bundle of joy was 2 weeks old and bringing lots of joy to his parents.

Preschool Graduation

We can do photos for any special event! Here are some sample preschool graduation photos we did recently.
Every person that ordered received this cardboard frame with an individual and class portrait.

Brady

Brady didn't stop smiling for his photo session. He figures, as long as you take me to the park, I will smile all you want!

Quincy, Chase and Gracie

We had to wait out wind and rain and hail, but the weather turned for the better and we had a sweet photo shoot with Quincy and her newborn twin brother and sister. Quincy was a little more interested in bug hunting than photos, but the pictures of her turned out great, and she was never short on smiles. As far as Gracie and Chase, is there anything sweeter than twins sleeping in a basket? If there is, I don't know what. These kids were so fun and photogenic that they were a photographers dream!

Liz Maternity

We have had a lot of photo sessions lately and I have been spending time working in the yard and taking care of three children instead of posting pictures. I hopefully will be posting lots during the next few days.

I took these pictures of my friend Liz who is due next month. She is super photogenic and I think we were able to get some good ones. These are just a few favorites.

Portrait Party

A portrait party is an event in your home or a nearby location (local park) where professional portraits are created in 20 minute mini sessions. All photos will be available in color and black/white and some photos will be available in black/white with color tinting! Collages of up to 5 photos will also be available. Photos can be of adults, pets, children... whomever, but they will have a 20 minute time limit. That evening, the guests arrive in your home and as a group preview the photos and are able to make your purchases.

What are the advantages for me and my guests?

Hostess chooses the backdrop setting, receives a free 8x10 print and portrait credit rewards from orders received.

How many people do I invite?
You need to have 6 different sittings scheduled for the party minimum and up to 12 maximum. There are no sitting fees!

What are my responsibilities as the hostess of the Portrait Party?
You invite your family and friends to participate and book the sittings. You can choose a backdrop and/or props for photos to be taken in studio OR choose an outdoor setting. The same evening the guests will be invited to your home for portrait viewing. Providing a light refreshment for your guests is always welcomed.

What are the benefits to hosting a Portrait Party?
You will receive: a FREE 8x10 print, portrait rewards based on the total party's sales, and an opportunity to win a free family session available anytime for one calender year. You can earn additional rewards if your guests decide to schedule a portrait party of their own!
